Market Development Manager - Northeast

Market Development Manager will be responsible for all sales support functions to the Wenzel Spine team for assigned products. This includes (but not limited to) Medical education & training (both internal and external), case coverage, territory strategy development, and gathering feedback from the market for Product Development teams.

Job Functions:

  • Provide Sales Support & Sales Calls for Wenzel Spine’s product portfolio.
  • Provide technical sales support to internal and external sales team for all products.
  • Become proficient with the Wenzel Spine product portfolio.
  • Lead cross-training efforts for both internal and external partners for the Wenzel Spine’s products.
  • Provide field training and case coverage support for all products.
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to gain market feedback from surgeon users and distribution partners for further improvements and designs to products and techniques.
  • Required Qualifications:

    • Strong computer skills, to include: Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and database management.
    • Strong work ethic, highly motivated self-starter, with excellent presentation skills.

    Experience:

    2-5 years of sales/distributor management experience within Spine Industry.

    Education:

    4yr College Degree, preferred.
