Chad Neely | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Neely, CEO and co-founder of Wenzel Spine, has extensive experience working with emerging technology and life science companies. Mr. Neely created Wenzel Spine to deliver technologies that shorten, simplify, reduce cost, and improve clinical outcomes of spine surgery. Mr. Neely spent over 11 years with working in mid-market business finance and M&A groups and specializing in Life Science transactions during his time with Comerica's Technology & Life Science Group. Mr. Neely has over 10 years of experience working with life science companies managing sales/marketing, strategic planning and product development. Mr. Neely obtained his BA in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Jon R. Luedke | Executive Vice President

Mr. Luedke joined the Wenzel team in 2010 as Executive Vice President. Mr. Luedke has extensive experience in bringing new technologies to the orthopedic and spine markets. Over the last 12 years, he managed multiple national sales and marketing efforts. Through his career, Mr. Luedke has held positions as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Centinel Spine, executive management positions with Raymedica, Inc., and with Zimmer Spine, including Senior Brand Manager of the OrthoBiologics business unit. Mr. Luedke was the founder, and served as Chief Executive Officer, of The Society of Nucleus Arthroplasty, (SONA). SONA is an international society of clinical scientists and spine surgeons interested in promoting the advancement of the art and science of Nucleus Arthroplasty. Mr. Luedke created and served as Editor-in-Chief of the published 5-part series, "Nucleus Arthroplasty Technology in Spinal Care." Mr. Luedke received a B.S. degree in Applied Physiology & Health Sciences from Ball State University.

William Wilson | Vice President, Global Marketing & Business Development

Mr. Wilson joined the Wenzel Spine team in 2009 and brings with him over 11 years of, customer relationship management, global marketing and strategy experience and business process analysis. In addition to the marketing efforts, Mr. Wilson is also responsible for Wenzel Spine's customer management program and development of hospital and purchasing group relationships. Mr. Wilson graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Physiology and a BS/MS in Computer Science and obtained a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Warren Neely, M.D. | Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Neely, is a Board Certified Neurological Surgeon who practices in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Neely has participated in ground-breaking research and development of new stand-alone lumbar fusion technology and procedures. Dr. Neely attended The University of Texas at Austin and received his M.D. from the University of Louisville, followed by a surgical internship at the Baylor Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas. His residency included a fellowship year at the Montreal Neurological Institute and four more years at the University of Louisville. He has been in the private practice for 32 years, specializing in the treatment of pathologies of the cervical and lumbar adult spine. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons in 1982.

Sourabh Mishra, PhD | Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Mishra joined the Wenzel Spine team in 2009 and brought with him over 12 years of experience product development and quality management experience. At Wenzel Spine he is responsible for product development as well as clinical and regulatory affairs. Dr. Mishra also serves as the internal auditor and corporate compliance officer. Dr. Mishra completed his PhD in material science at the University of Alabama, with a dissertation focused on modification of titanium surfaces for biomedical applications. He also has a B. Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

H.W. "Andy" Anderson | Director of Operations

Mr. Anderson joined Wenzel Spine in 2009 and brings more than twenty three years of experience in the orthopedic industry to the team. He gained valuable experience in the manufacturing of orthopedic devices at Zimmer, Inc., serving as Senior Industrial Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering Manager from 1987 - 1994. In 1994, Mr. Anderson began serving Encore Orthopedics as Manufacturing Engineer and as Manager of Procurement, in 2004 he returned to Zimmer, Inc. in the role of Purchasing Manager. Mr. Anderson earned his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and received his MBA from Ball State University.
